Observation 2

Location: my backyard

Time of Day: 3:23 pm

Temperature: 55 degrees

Weather Conditions: cloudy

Wind Conditions: slight breeze

Soil Conditions: more moisture than last observation

In my area the soil is getting more moisture because more snow is melting and the humidity in the air is rising. There is still a population of ducks currently living by the pond along with some other type of black bird. None of the trees have started to bud yet because moose come by and eat the ends off. The biodiversity has increased tremendously since last week. Occasionally there is a red tailed fox but he only comes by once every few weeks. There are also some hawks that sit on the tops of our trees looking for mice along with the red tailed fox. There are lots of mouse holes around the yard which is affecting the vegetation. More grass and weeds have grown a little since last time which is a survival need for many organisms that live in this area.

Good notes made between your first observation and second observation. As you continue your observations maybe start to focus on biodiversity and interactions between organisms. How does your area support the organisms that are there? Finally, proof for grammar and spelling errors!
